Woodview Ministry Team

Pastor Devon rejoined the staff at Woodview in July 2019 as an associate pastor and became pastor in March 2023. Previously, Devon served as the Pastor of Compassionate Ministries at Woodview from 2016 to 2018. Pastor Devon and his wife, Megan, have two daughters, Isabella and Everly. Pastor Devon is passionate about helping others grow closer to God in all aspects of their lives. Devon enjoys board games, reading, cooking, playing the trumpet, and hiking.


Devon is a graduate of Wayne State University (B.A. Music Education) and Nazarene Theological Seminary (M.Div). He was ordained in 2021. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Ministry in Contextual Theology at Northern Seminary. 

MEGAN STAPLES - Director of Children's Ministry

Megan has been the director of J.O.Y. Children's Ministry at Woodview since October 2022. She is married to Pastor Devon, and they have two daughters, Isabella and Everly. Megan has worked in children's ministry since she was a teenager and is passionate about sharing the love of Jesus with children. Megan enjoys spending time with family, reading, and hiking. Megan is a graduate of Spring Arbor University (B.A. Math & Elementary Education). 


Patty has been a part of Woodview her entire life and has served as Church Secretary for over ten years. She loves her family, and has a burning desire to know Jesus more. In her free time she enjoys sewing, reading, and drinking Sweet Tea from McAlister's Deli.

Tammy wilkins - Custodian

Tammy has been serving as custodian since May 2022. She has been part of Woodview most of her adult life and is a mother to three sons. She loves serving behind the scenes and helping with children's ministries. When she isn't cleaning, you will find her running her boys around to various Boy Scout activities and chilling with her beloved cat Latte.
